To further strengthen industry collaboration and advance the development of a credit-based legal framework in the Hainan Free Trade Port, KTG Law Firm recently warmly greeted Vice Secretary-General Mao Di and her delegation from the Hainan Credit Association for a corporate visit. The two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as credit law practice, corporate credit risk management, and coordinated industry development, jointly exploring new avenues for cooperation.

During the meeting, our Director, Wang Shengzhe, extended a warm welcome to the visiting delegation and provided a detailed introduction to KTG Law Firm’s development history, professional team structure, and business initiatives in the field of credit law. He also highlighted the firm’s progress in areas such as corporate credit compliance review, legal remedies for dishonest conduct, and research projects related to the Hainan Free Trade Port credit system.

During the discussions, the firm attentively received Vice Secretary-General Mao Di’s recognition of Kangtinggong’s professional efforts in credit law services. Vice Secretary-General Mao emphasized that the development of the Hainan Free Trade Port relies on a robust social credit system, and law firms hold professional advantages in credit risk prevention and compliance guidance. She encouraged deeper collaboration between the firm and the Association to promote standardized credit legal services. She also suggested that the firm focus on credit-related legal services in corporate compliance management and develop targeted solutions to help enterprises enhance their credit management capabilities.

In response, the firm actively agreed with the Association to establish a regular cooperation mechanism and preliminarily planned in-depth exchanges in areas such as credit law training and corporate credit compliance research, jointly contributing to the optimization of the Hainan Free Trade Port’s credit environment.
